As owning an installation company myself I'm always (in the back of my head) keeping an eye out for how engineers behave as I have engineers representing my own company on site all the time.



We had Paul your engineer visit and perform some tasks on my vans yesterday. I felt compelled to email in to compliment the way this engineer represented your company whilst he was here.



He was polite with good communications skills, he was articulate and informative and more than happy to help in any way he could with advice for the security of the vans moving forward. He had good product knowledge and went about his work with no fuss. He worked cleanly and professionally and at the end of the day explained everything and reassured me there would be no problems and if there was, a quick call to the office and he would be out to remedy anything untoward.



Good service is not common place these days unfortunately. Your engineer Paul was a breath of fresh air yesterday and has done a great job of my vans. I would definitely use Safe and Sound again on the back of this installation.
