Advantages
	No false alarms it will only alert when it is near a camera and because it doesn't use radar it will not pick up stray frequencies.

Disadvantages
The disadvantage of this system is obviously mobile speed traps which can be set up at any place and at any time and will therefore not be in the database. As these systems work on laser the best GPS based systems have a built in laser detector.
